Use of our platform is permitted for its intended purpose of automating workflows, generating data-driven insights, and enhancing operational efficiency and compliance
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our underlying AI architecture. Our platform is a full-code, auditable system; you may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code. Our solutions are not merely a toolset but a fully executed platform customized for your ecosystem ; misuse or application of the platform outside the defined project scope is prohibited
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All performance projections (e.g., "40% reduction in operational overhead," "55% reduction in loan processing time") are based on AI simulations, benchmark data, and industry standards. Actual results may vary depending on your internal systems, data quality, infrastructure, and operational readiness

We are not responsible or liable for outcomes resulting from misuse, misapplication, or deployments outside the defined project scope and established governance frameworks
